By accessing or using our hosted application services, including but not limited to MLflow and Jupyter installations (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
Our Service provides hosted applications, currently including MLflow and Jupyter installations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice to you.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be finally settled by arbitration in the State of Delaware, using the English language in accordance with the Arbitration Rules and Procedures of JAMS then in effect, by one commercial arbitrator with substantial experience in resolving intellectual property and commercial contract disputes.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
